Official training & resources — where to go deeper
Direct links to the official training programs and regulatory resources you'd want to bookmark — Meta Blueprint, Google Skillshop, TikTok Academy, LegitScript, the FDA, and the FTC, with a one-line note on what each is for.
How to use this page
These are the canonical, primary sources for everything the other lessons talk about. When you want to go deeper than a 6-minute summary, this is the directory. Each link is the official one — bookmark it directly rather than relying on second-hand summaries you find elsewhere.
The list is organized by what kind of help you need:
- Platform training — learn how to use Meta / Google / TikTok / Microsoft.
- Platform policy — the rules you must follow on each platform.
- Regulatory ground truth — what the FDA and FTC actually publish.
- Healthcare ad certification — LegitScript and adjacent gates.
- Industry analysis & news — useful trackers we cite throughout the curriculum.
Platform training
These are the free, official training programs from each ad platform. If you take one course total, take Meta Blueprint's "Get started with ads" track — it's the broadest fundamentals tour. If your time is limited, skim the certification-exam outlines instead of taking the full courses; they tell you the platforms' own model of what matters.
Meta — Meta Blueprint
- 🎓 Meta Blueprint courses — free self-paced training across Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Audience Network. Start here if you've never run ads.
- 📋 Meta Certification — the cert exams are a useful map of "what Meta thinks matters." The Media Buying and Media Planning certs are most relevant to us.
- 📘 Meta Business Help Center — the searchable reference for everything about account setup, targeting, billing, and policy.
Google — Google Skillshop
- 🎓 Google Skillshop — free training across Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager. The "Google Ads Search Certification" track maps directly to what we use for GSA campaigns.
- 📋 Google Ads Help — the reference for ad mechanics. Cross-reference with Skillshop courses when something doesn't behave as expected.
- 📊 Google Analytics 4 (GA4) training — if you ever need to understand the attribution side, start here.
TikTok — TikTok Academy
- 🎓 TikTok Academy — TikTok's official free training. Note: TikTok bans prescription weight-loss advertising for our vertical, so most of TikTok Academy isn't immediately relevant for Eudaven paid campaigns. Useful for understanding the platform if/when Eudaven develops a non-prescription educational content vertical.
- 📋 TikTok Ads Manager Help Center — policy reference; this is where we cite the prescription-weight-loss ban from.
Microsoft Advertising
- 🎓 Microsoft Advertising Learning Lab — free training; similar structure to Google Skillshop. Microsoft is out-of-scope for V1 but in scope for V2 expansion.
- 📋 Microsoft Advertising Policies — the policy reference; the Pharmacy and Online Prescription Services policy is the relevant section for GLP-1.
Platform policy (canonical references)
The pipeline's data/kb/regulatory/platforms/ files are curated
summaries — these are the source documents themselves. When a platform
policy summary in our KB feels stale, check these first before
assuming the summary is wrong.
- 📋 Meta — Drugs and Pharmaceuticals policy — the canonical statement of Meta's prescription-drug rules.
- 📋 Google — Healthcare and medicines policy — the canonical statement.
- 📋 Google — Prescription drug services policy — the more specific Rx policy that supplements the Healthcare one.
- 📋 TikTok — Weight Management policy — the canonical "prescription weight-loss is banned" statement.
- 📋 TikTok — Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals policy — the broader healthcare policy that contextualizes the weight ban.
- 📋 Microsoft — Pharmacy and Online Prescription Services policy — the canonical statement.
Regulatory ground truth
The pipeline's data/kb/regulatory/fda/ files are curated summaries
of FDA enforcement actions. These are the sources.
- 🏛 FDA Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP) — the office that issues warning letters about prescription-drug promotion. Bookmark the warning-letter index.
- 🏛 FDA's Concerns with Unapproved GLP-1 Drugs Used for Weight Loss — FDA's standing guidance page on the vertical. Updated periodically.
- 🏛 FDA Warning Letters search — filter by "OPDP" or by issuing office to find the GLP-1 letters.
- 🏛 FTC Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255) — the testimonial and influencer-disclosure rules. The Lumimeds warning letter cited these directly.
- 🏛 FTC Health Products Compliance Guidance — FTC's plain-English guide to substantiation for health claims.
Healthcare ad certification
- ✅ LegitScript Healthcare Merchant Certification — the certification Meta and Google both require for prescription GLP-1 advertising. You can't run paid ads in this vertical without it. Start the application process before you need it — it takes weeks.
- ✅ LegitScript application overview — what they evaluate (licensure, FDA-advertising-standards compliance, scope-of-practice alignment, pharmacy partnerships, website transparency).
Industry analysis & news
These aren't training, but they're high-signal trackers we reference throughout the curriculum. Skim them quarterly.
- 📰 STAT News — pharmaceutical policy coverage — the most reliable trade-press source for FDA / compounding / GLP-1 enforcement news.
- 📰 FiercePharma — industry-side coverage; particularly good on Novo Nordisk/Lilly strategic moves that affect the competitive landscape.
- 📰 Pharmacy Times — 503A/503B compounding industry coverage.
- 📰 Holland & Knight — Health Law publications —
the law firm whose summary articles we cited in
data/kb/regulatory/fda/.
How this lesson differs from the others
Every other lesson in this curriculum is explanatory — it teaches a concept. This one is navigational — it points you to where you can go learn more, from primary sources, on your own.
If you only ever read one lesson in this curriculum, read GLP-1 gotchas. If you only ever bookmark one page, bookmark this one.
What to do next

- Pick one platform training course (recommend: Meta Blueprint's "Get started with ads") and put 30 minutes on your calendar this week.
- Open the FDA OPDP warning letters index and read one. They're short, specific, and they tell you exactly what not to do.
