Fastest signal · weakest moat

Paid Acquisition Loop

How it compounds

Paid drives patients → patient data improves model targeting → server-side conversion signal sharpens lookalikes → blended CAC drops → reinvest savings into channel expansion.

The cycle

  1. 01 Run paid with proper CAPI / hashed events
  2. 02 Cohort-tag patients in attribution layer
  3. 03 Feed M3-retention signal back to platform
  4. 04 Optimize for retained patients, not signups

Multiplier

Bid on retention, not conversion. CAC drops 20–40% over 90 days.

How to use

Growth loop detail

Configuration + recent activity for one growth loop. This is where you tune cadence, audience, and offer assignment.

How to use this page

  1. Top panel: loop config — cadence (weekly / biweekly / daily), target persona(s), offer mix, channel.
  2. Recent runs: each row is one cron firing → set of generated briefs.
  3. If runs are skipping or producing too few briefs, the issue is usually a stale persona doc or a compliance regression — check brand_score on recent variants.
  4. To temporarily stop the loop, pause it. The schedule is preserved; you can resume without re-configuring.

Health signals

  • Variants per run trending down → hook divergence is converging (rerun with higher temperature)
  • Many compliance_blocked variants → KB regression or new regulation
  • Spend per accepted variant trending up → polish iteration cap may need raising or copy strategy is off
